The young driver wanted to make a u-turn with his huge truck on a narrow road with lavender fields left and right. He succeeded, but at a cost (although not for him): he overturned a modest sign indicating rooms for rent.

This Scottish lady wasn’t the only one admiring the almost ridiculously picturesque scenery, not even the only one painting it.

A gentleman was just sitting there, possibly asleep. This is just outside Aurel, to the south-east of the Mont Ventoux.

I spent more or less the whole day surrounded by lavender. Did I get enough? No.
